We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Memory Care Resident Engagement Coordinator to serve residents in our Assisted Living Memory Care community.

This role focuses on building meaningful relationships and creating engaging, purposeful activities for residents living with all stages of dementia. The ideal candidate brings warmth, creativity, and a heart for serving older adults.

Responsibilities:

• Encourage socialization and meaningful engagement
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Collaborate with care staff to support resident well-being
• Assist Activity Coordinator in leading daily group and one-on-one activities

Qualifications:

• Experience working with seniors (memory care experience preferred)
• Understanding of dementia and person-centered engagement
• Positive, patient, and uplifting personality
• Strong communication and organizational skills
