The Chateau Girardeau is seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and dynamic registered nurse to join our exceptional care team! This position is responsible for managing the referral and admissions process to support optimal occupancy of the skilled nursing and rehabilitation units while ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for residents, families, and referral partners.

This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values strong relationships with patients and families, and excels in communication and follow-through.

Key Job Responsibilities Include:

• Serve as primary clinical contact for all referral sources
• Ensure highest quality of customer service through communications with residents and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team as well as external partners to provide premier resident experience

This is a salaried position with a primary work schedule of Monday through Friday. As a position in a 24/7 skilled nursing environment, occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required to ensure continuity of resident care.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or related healthcare settings preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
