The Chateau Girardeau is currently seeking applicants for the position of RN Weekend Supervisor. This position acts as an extension of the Director of Nursing, providing leadership and guidance to clinical staff to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained at all times.

Key Job Responsibilities Include:

• Provide leadership to clinical staff through active listening and positive interaction
• Determine staffing needs & ensure that sufficient staff are available for shifts
• Allocate staff to meet the needs of the residents
• Plan and oversee admission, nursing, and patient care processes
• Communicate with families, residents, and physicians as needed

This position will work 8 hour shifts every Saturday and Sunday. Will also be on call each weekend from Friday at 6:00p.m. until Monday at 6:00a.m. Must be willing to work as a floor nurse as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Valid unencumbered Missouri RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience required
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience required
• Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
