The Chateau Girardeau is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as our Assistant Director of Nursing. This position assists the Director of Nursing in providing leadership and guidance to clinical staff to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained at all times.

Key Job Responsibilities Include:

• Plan and oversee admission, nursing, and patient care processes
• Serves as the on-site IPC; includes maintaining compliance with IP standards
• Communicate with families, residents, and physicians as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Valid Missouri RN license required
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience required; preferably in long-term care setting
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Must have completed or be willing to complete an approved Infection Preventionist Certification course (e.g., CIC, CBIC, IP-BC, IPCA, CDC)
