The Chateau Girardeau is a non-profit, CARF-accredited Continuing Care Retirement Community serving seniors in Southeast Missouri since 1979. Our vision is founded in faith and guided by a commitment to premier care and housing. Today, The Chateau has grown to include 120 Independent Living homes, a 75-bed Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation unit,
55 Assisted Living apartments, and a nationally recognized therapy team and program.
The Chateau is currently searching for a passionate Licensed Healthcare Administrator to direct and oversee our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities.
Key Job Responsibilities Include:
- Provide leadership and support for Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living operations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations
- Manage various support divisions including Admissions, Social Services, etc.
- Prepare budgets and financial reports as required
This is a full-time salaried position that will work Monday through Friday. Flexibility is required, and hours may vary based on business needs.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must possess a current, valid Missouri Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of management/administration experience in long-term care
- Must possess strong knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
- Must possess strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills
